Cheshire Wire Erosion operates from a clean-cut professional facility, housing up to date cutting edge machine tools, driven by some of the countries most experienced sub-contract EDM technicians. Our team has over 100 years combined experience, with a few of us starting over 30 years ago at Cheshire Precision Shapes LTD – an early sub-contractor in EDM.

During our many years in business we have not just gained experience in the precision machining of a large and diverse variety of components manufactured from a range of exotic and non-exotic materials in a huge number of varied applications, but we have also become competent in tackling any job large or small.  It’s rare to come across, a request to solve a machining problem we have not encountered before. That knowledge, experience, assurance and competence, with the readiness to provide a quality service, conveys reassurance and confidence to our customers.  Feedback from these customers has made us focus on all their requirements.

Due to the number of machines we have we can be flexible in order to meet or better demanding deliveries and price, whilst always adhering to the strict high quality parameters we have set ourselves. Customer requirements are forever changing, as a result we try our utmost to be accommodating of their needs and exceeding expectations.

Continual investment in the latest technology has been one of the reasons for our continued success and longevity. We will continue to invest in machinery with the latest technology to help us to compete and give our customers the best quality machined parts in surface finish, precision and to help meet ever critical production schedules.
